PROFILE: A versatile strain for a variety of English beer styles. Creates a rich mineral profile that is bold and crisp with moderate fruitiness. Attenuative and good alcohol tolerance. Excellent for traditional dark English ale styles, and for higher gravity fermentations where a high level of attenuation is desired.
