Raspberry & Lime Flavour: Fresh flavour of lush raspberries hit you instantly with this
one followed by a sharp twist of lime at the end balancing it out well – A real thirst quencher!

On The Rocks kit contains

• 3 Litre / 3.3 kg Cider Base of premium UK apple concentrate
• The base now has all the sugar required to make 4.6-5.0 %ABV – no sugar required unless you want to increase the %ABV
• The base comes in a 3 litre bladder where you can make your handcrafted cider the same as a regular wine kit by emptying the contents into a sanitized fermenter, rinse your bag several times with warm water and then top up to your 23 litre mark and add your selected yeast.
• A carefully developed fruit concentrated additive pack. 101707-F
• A selected premium yeast strain to enhance the apple character of the cider base.

For best results serve chilled over ice. Each kit makes 23L/6 US Gal at approximately 4.6-5.0% abv.
