Cider by OTR – Peach/Mango Cider

Description

Peach and Mango: Fruity and tropical, the sweet peach and juicy mango
flavours are balanced by the crisp cider. Smooth on the palate with perfectly
balanced sweetness and acidity, the cider is truly delicious.

On The Rocks kit contains

• 3 Litre / 3.3 kg Cider Base of premium UK apple concentrate
• The base now has all the sugar required to make 4.6-5.0 %ABV – no sugar required unless you want to increase the %ABV
• The base comes in a 3 litre bladder where you can make your handcrafted cider the same as a regular wine kit by emptying the contents into a sanitized fermenter, rinse your bag several times with warm water and then top up to your 23 litre mark and add your selected yeast.
• A carefully developed fruit concentrated additive pack. 101707-F
• A selected premium yeast strain to enhance the apple character of the cider base.

For best results serve chilled over ice. Each kit makes 23L/6 US Gal at approximately 4.6-5.0% abv.
