Norther Brewer (US) – Dual purpose hop from a Canterbury Golding plant and male seedling of Brewer’s Gold, Northern Brewer is mainly grown in the United States and Germany. US Northern Brewer contains slightly higher alpha acids and high myrcene oil content resulting in herbal, wood and peppery aroma characteristics; it is suitable for any stage of the brewing process.

Aroma: Medium clean  lemony aroma, woodsy with evergreen and mint

ALPHA ACIDS:  7- 10%

Typical Brewing Style: ESB, Bitter, English Pale Ale, Porter, Lager, Lambic, and Munich Helles.
