Galaxy (AU) – Grown exclusively in Australia, the high-alpha, dual-purpose boasts a unique hop aroma, and while the initial aromas and flavors are quite intense, they tend to moderate as the beer matures. Typically used as a late addition – the aroma and flavor characteristics become more pronounced the later the addition.
Aroma: Descriptors include distinct passionfruit and clean citrus aromas.
