Fermenters have a lid that is not completely air-tight allowing the CO2 gas to escape past the sides of the lid and fermenter, made out of FOOD GRADE materials and Natural Color, smooth surface inside makes it very easy to clean and sanitize with plenty of head room for vigorous fermentations.

The 46L / 10 Gallon  is the perfect size for making 1 standard wine kit or fruit wines and fresh grape wines that vigorously ferment.

The 92L / 20 Gallon size makes it very useful for any large wine/beer maker. You will have enough space to make two batches at once or just one with enough space for degassing and mixing your wine properly.
