A light Barbados rum blending coconut and sugar cane with soft butter notes give this a smooth, lush texture. Mix with pineapple juice on ice for a great refreshing cocktail sit back and capture the steel drum rhythm on the beaches of the Caribbean. Makes 1.125 litres
Instructions: Shake well – Add to 600 ml of neutral alcohol/spirit or vodka with 40% ABV, then add 350ml of water, 250 ml sugar. Mix together well and for best results age for 7-10 days before drinking.
